I’m referring to a “P.S.” that reintroduces your offer.

The psychology behind a P.S. is brilliant.

It’s a “no hard feelings” approach to your copy.

Most audiences respect how non-intrusive it is.

Plus, it helps hesitant readers who need one final push to take action.

Particularly since it’s so non-committal.

A P.S. is also eye-catching.

Most of your readers aren't reading each word in your emails.

They scan through your copy, looking for any elements that stand out.

Their eyes easily gravitate to the absolute bottom of your email, where the P.S. awaits.

I usually preach the fundamentals of email marketing – that’s what matters most.
