Your competitors are using this, are you?

I just got off a call with a ~$250k a month ecommerce business founder.

I looked at his Klaviyo and Shopify analytics, I spotted a problem which is incredibly common.

An issue that is causing them to lose $75k-$100k a month in sales.

All because not enough of their traffic is converting into sales.

Just like with most stores, only 2% of your landing page visitors are ready to buy at any moment.

This means 98% of ad spend could and often is wasted.

Depending on the size of your business, you should be using a few or all of them.

Let’s look at 2 example stores (very similar to the business I audited earlier).

They are running ads, Store A generated in the last 30 days:

$330k / month attributed to Meta ads
$150k / month attributed to email marketing

$480k in revenue.

Store A

Now imagine they have an identical competitor Store B, with the following channels.

This second brand makes an additional:
$180k / month attributed to SMS, Affiliate, Influencer, Push and Direct Mail channels

$660k in monthly revenue.

Store B makes an extra $2.1 million a year to outspend their competition.

That’s not all profit as each channel has it’s costs but it doesn’t matter, they are miles ahead.

These systems make their existing traffic and Ad Spend more efficient, making them more profitable at scale.

Although more channels aren’t always better, but having different ways to communicate with your audience where they are is key.

With significant spend on Ads, why not optimise everything that happens when they reach your landing pages.
